About me

My name is Kerstin, I was born in 1980 and live with my husband, my daughter, and two cats near Hamburg.

While I write romance novels as Kerstin Böhm, as K.T. Steen I whisk you away to Mirilor—a continent that not only exists in our imagination, but lives in the heartbeat of each of my stories.

In this fairytale place, colors shine more deeply, and every stone, every flower, and every blade of grass carries magic within it. There, Kockerhasel know the future, cyan-blue flowers grant wishes, snowbirds can do much more than just conjure up messages, and even castle ghosts—the Rieden—are not just there to scare people.

And the continent is growing: with every book, I bring a new land to life.
I deliberately write light-hearted stories because there is already enough darkness in the world. And yet, in all my books, light is not always good. And darkness is not always evil.
